Summary:
First impression always lasts! How you look, dress, move, walk and talk says a lot about you and the company you represent. Statistics have shown that 37% of corporate decisions are made based on the image of the company while 72% of consumers would return to the same company or person because of how the suppliers present themselves. Therefore, your image contributes either positively or negatively to the way others perceive you and is never neutral. So... are we going to be the odd one out or the special one in?
